October 24, 2009Congratulations to Becky & Adam! So the worst conditions for us are- rain and no great spot for photos at the reception venue, or dark/night and no great spot for photos at the reception venue. It poured ALL day! But, the wedding was in Amsterdam, so of course we knew right where to go- our studio! And we also got a little break in the rain before it became dark outside. Everything came together beautifully! Amazing couple, Becky wore vintage which made us VERY excited! You may remember their engagement session which included pin-up style for Becky, and the Joker for Adam! Do people get cooler than that?!
News & Happenings!
October 21, 2009So much, OK TOO much, is going on here at Sawicki Studios! (way behind on updating the blog, so I apologize for that!) I will be doing a few different blog posts within the next few weeks to update everyone and to announce some great things we have coming up. For now, I am happy to announce our studio expansion! We will be turning our current studio into our consultation and viewing room, and upstairs with be the studio. We will certainly post some images when things are finished!
On Tuesday,October 6th, we had the privilege of participating in this years annual Women’s Night Out organized by Ellis Hospital to support the Bellevue Woman’s Care Center. It was a great night and we met many great people! I had a sign-up sheet for our newsletter and am extending the offer to you if you weren’t able to attend the expo. So…. what is the offer?! More Seniors! (and a few not!)
October 2, 2009Chris has been busy every single day photographing seniors, editing seniors and scheduling viewing sessions. (plus the hundreds of other things that go along with it!) Right now he is away for the weekend doing a seminar to show other photographers how he “does his thing” and teaching about lighting. Life goes on here as usual as I do my “behind the scenes” work which includes updating the blog! So here we are. I will be posting about the seminar and putting up some images from that after Chris returns. Happy Weekend!!!
